A true piece of late-20th-century audio furniture, this 1980s hi-fi component stand combines bold geometric design with practical function. The sculptural zig-zag black metal frame gives it a striking architectural silhouette, while the glass shelves provide a clean, minimal platform for your amplifier, turntable, cassette deck or CD player.

Designed during the golden age of home stereo systems, stands like this were built to showcase high-fidelity equipment while keeping components ventilated and visually organized. The open framework allows cables to run neatly behind the unit, and the tiered structure gives each component its own dedicated space.

  • The stand is structurally stable and in great condition. The black metal frame is solid, with no looseness and presents very well overall.

The glass panels are in excellent condition, clean and clear. One panel has a very mild surface scratch, which is only visible upon close inspection and does not affect the overall look or functionality.

Overall, the piece presents beautifully and remains in excellent vintage condition for its age.
