We are excited to announce the upcoming launch of Memory Jazz®, the new body care and home fragrance house from the creators of Respect Your Elders.
Memory Jazz was built on a simple idea: memories behave like jazz. Neither are linear. Both are interpreted through fragments, moods, atmospheres, and moments. We take those notes and bottle them.
Our products are designed to be collected the way vinyl records are collected.
Each release is its own composition. A mood. A place. A memory. Some are warm and familiar. Others are unexpected, nostalgic, and deeply atmospheric. No two are intended to tell the same story.
Just as a record collector builds a library of albums, we invite you to build a library of memories.
A bottle beside the basin becomes a favourite record on a shelf. A scent becomes attached to a season, a room, a person, or a chapter of your life.
Our debut release, Mid Century Steam, is not simply a hand and body wash. It is the first record in the collection.
Inspired by the steam of a moka pot, Japanese hinoki wood, worn leather, modernist interiors & quiet mornings, it sets the tone for what is to come.
Over time, new compositions will follow. Different notes. Different atmospheres. Different memories.
Collect them. Display them. Live with them.
Because the best collections are never built overnight. They are assembled slowly, one meaningful piece at a time.
